The Arctic Express will continue its icy grip on the Hudson Valley on Wednesday, bringing wind chill readings below zero and biting, 25 mph gusts, forecasts predicted.
With temperatures hovering around 20 degrees, Wednesday could be the coldest day in the region since January 2011, which set records for snowfall, News12 meteorologist Joe Rao said.
