Yoga taught to children in Head Start

Children enrolled in the Family Services of Westchester's Head Start program at the Thomas H. Slater Center in White Plains participated in a yoga program led by Budding Buddhas, a company that teaches yoga to children 2 to 13 years old. The not-for-profit Family Services of Westchester helped fund the classes through a grant from Dannon to promote healthy lifestyles. (Jan. 3, 2013)
