Yonkers makes street metered parking free at Ridge Hill Shopping Center

Visitors to Ridge Hill Shopping Center in Yonkers will no longer have to pay for the use of on-street, metered spaces, as the city and the mall's owner, Forest City Ratner, begins work to remove the meters and reconfigure traffic and parking flow, officials announced Friday.
