A Yonkers man was indicted Wednesday on charges he raped and strangled a woman, officials said.

Deshawn Manners, 33, of 35 Cliff St., allegedly attacked a 53-year-old woman near Park Avenue in Yonkers in June while she was walking home. He choked her until she became unconscious, then ripped open her blouse and sexually assaulted her after she came to, Westchester County District Attorney...
