Yonkers teachers agreed Friday to a performance review plan, hoping the state Department of Education will give it the nod in time to make a deadline that's tied to $17 million in aid for the district.
School districts in the state must get approval for their plans by Jan. 17 or sacrifice any expected increase in state aid in 2013.
